Flourish is seeking a Graduate Sales Executive to develop relationships with new and existing customers, generate new business opportunities, and manage accounts across international markets. You will learn the global freight business while building sales, negotiation, and account management skills.

Qualifikationen

• 2:1 degree or above.
• At least 6 months' customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ambitious, resilient and commercially minded.
• Eager to learn and develop in a sales-driven environment.

Aufgaben

• Generate new business through calls, networking and virtual meetings.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to account growth.
• Work closely with Operations to deliver logistics solutions.
• Support customers throughout the shipping process and resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
