A healthcare organization in Hull is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to undertake a variety of reception duties and provide support to the clinical team. The ideal candidate will manage the practice appointment system, greet patients, and handle inquiries efficiently. This full-time position demands excellent communication and organizational skills, with a commitment to patient care. The role includes working across two sites and occasional Saturday shifts.
Responsible for undertaking a wide range of reception duties and theprovision of general support to the multidisciplinary team. Duties can include but are not limited to, greetingand directing patients, effective use of the appointment system, bookingappointments, processing of information and assisting patients asrequired. To act as the central point ofcontact for patients, the distribution of information, messages and enquiriesfor the clinical team, liaising with multidisciplinary team members andexternal agencies such as secondary care and community service providers.
The Bridge Group Practice works withintwo purpose built premises in the West and North Hull. We serve 8500+ patients,we are part of the NEXUS Primary Care Network, comprising of 4 local practices.
We are a GMS practice. Our clinicalsoftware is Systm One and we are paper light. We achieve highly in QOF andprovide a range of Enhanced Services. Our C.Q.C. inspection in 2016 was ratedGOOD but, our main strengths lie in our commitment to the ideals of atraditional family practice with strong ties in our local population and goodworking relationship with our neighboring practices.
We have an Advanced Nurse Prescriber,and a Nurse Practitioner In Addition wehave two highly motivated and experienced nurses who, along with our two healthcare assistants take care of much of our long term conditions monitoring. Thepractice is fortunate in having excellent administration and reception staff atboth sites
38 hours per week over 4 days.
Mondays 8am until 6pm,Tuesdays 8am until 5.30pm, Wednesdays 8am until 6pm and Fridays 8am to 6.30pm with 30 minutes unpaid lunchbreak. You would be required to work at both the Orchard Centre and Elliott Chappell.
You would also be required to work the occasional Saturday morning 9am- 12pm
