Excellent rates of pay, full training will be given
Experience of Medical Reception useful especially around Emis docman, accuryx and online consultations. IT competent and experience with prescriptions advantageous
Role will include:
1. Answering the phone and making appointments
2. Liaising with patients front of house
3. Administration tasks around appointment
4. Filing and extracting medical records and any documents relating to medicalrecords, to include the scanning of letters and automated filing of pathology
5. Use of the practice computing system as necessary, to undertake recallprocedures and any other related duties
6. To be conversant with organisational policies and procedures to ensure anefficient and effective delivery of service provision
