Job summary

gtd healthcare is seeking Bank Receptionists to cover across Millbrook and Mossley Medical practices. You will greet patients, direct them to the right healthcare professional, and handle appointment requests and triage with a customer-focused approach.

Ideal candidates are friendly, resilient and work well in teams. Experience in a GP Practice or healthcare setting is essential, with Emis Web & Docman experience desirable as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a GP Practice or healthcare environment is essential.
• Experience of using Emis Web & Docman is desirable as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and receive all patients and visitors to the Practice.
• Assist and direct patients to the appropriate healthcare professional/service.
• Process requests for appointments, visits and telephone triage.
• Provide test results to patients and issue receipts for private services.
• Facilitate effective communication between patients, staff and other healthcare agencies.
