Job summary

Hartshill Medical Centre, a successful GP practice in Stoke-on-Trent with a list size of 8000, seeks a driven Practice Manager to lead operations, HR, finance, premises and safety. The team includes clinicians, nursing, health care and reception staff, and the Partners value a family doctor approach while driving the practice forward.

The position is full time and permanent, with a salary based on experience, six weeks’ annual leave, statutory bank holidays and access to the NHS pension scheme.

Responsibilities

• Operational management and governance of the practice
• Workforce leadership and people management
• Financial planning, budgeting and performance monitoring
• Regulatory compliance and health and safety
• Strategic development and contract management
• Support to partners in delivering high-quality patient care
