The Elms Practice is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the Practice Manager in the day-to-day running of our GP practice. You will lead reception and administrative teams, ensure efficient systems, and deputise when required.

Applicants should have substantial primary care experience, knowledge of NHS contracts and CQC requirements, and the ability to drive service improvement, staff development, and patient-focused care.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Primary Care, ideally within a GP Practice.
• NHS contractual requirements knowledge.
• Experience with IT systems, patient services and data handling.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operational workflows and staff management.
• Lead reception and administrative teams and deputise for the Practice Manager.
• Ensure compliance with NHS, CQC and information governance.
• Support performance monitoring and financial administration.
