Woodbank Surgery is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy GP Practice. You will provide strategic leadership for the administrative team, manage HR, finances and contracts, and drive quality improvement in patient care and service delivery.

The role requires experience in GP practice management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to high standards of patient care within the NHS framework.

Qualificações

• Experience of working with NHS GP practices and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership, staff development and performance management skills.
• Experience with NHS contracts, QOF, BECCOR, CQRS and budgeting.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operational management of the Practice to ensure efficient services.
• Provide leadership and development for administrative and reception teams.
• Manage HR processes, rotas, recruitment and staff performance.
• Oversee finance, invoicing, budgeting and payroll reporting.
• Drive quality improvement, digital transformation and patient experience initiatives.
• Ensure governance, NHS targets and regulatory compliance.
