Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking a pleasant, efficient, and enthusiastic individual to join our practice team in a GP reception role. The reception is the hub for patients and clinicians; you will multi-task, stay calm under pressure, and use your initiative.

Experience in a GP setting is an advantage but training can be provided. We use Vision clinical and Docman systems to support day-to-day operations and patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a GP setting is an advantage but training can be provided.
• Familiarity with Vision clinical and Docman systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Reception is the hub of the Practice for both patients and clinicians.
• The successful candidate should be able to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
• Work as part of the friendly practice team to support daily operations.
