NHS Scotland in Glasgow is seeking a friendly GP Receptionist to join our busy practice team. You will be the first point of contact for patients, greeting visitors, managing calls, and directing people to the right services with professionalism and empathy.

Key duties include booking appointments, handling enquiries, updating patient records, liaising with GPs and nurses, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting the wider reception and admin team in a fast-paced primary care setting.

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming and assisting patients at reception
• Answering and dealing with telephone enquiries
• Booking and managing patient appointments
• Handling queries and signposting patients appropriately
• Processing administrative tasks and updating patient records
• Liaising with GPs, nurses and other members of the practice team
• Maintaining patient confidentiality at all times
• Supporting the wider reception and administrative team as required
