Job summary

Spinney Brook Medical Centre in Northamptonshire is seeking a motivated GP to join our high-performing, forward-thinking practice offering a sustainable and rewarding way to work in modern general practice.

We welcome applications from newly qualified and experienced GPs, with support available as you establish yourself in a friendly, multidisciplinary team focused on high-quality patient care and New Models of Care for long-term conditions and complex needs.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified GP with GMC registration and current licence to practise in England.
• Included on NHS England GP Performers List, or eligible to apply.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care.
• Experience of working in UK general practice.
• Familiarity with New Models of Care and proactive management of patients with complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Ideally working between 4 and 7 sessions per week.
• Provide high-quality, patient-centred general medical services as part of a multidisciplinary primary care team.
• Undertake clinical assessment, diagnosis and management of patients with a wide range of acute, urgent and chronic health needs.
• Support delivery of same-day and urgent care, including triage of patient requests through Anima Total Triage.
• Contribute to New Models of Care and care coordination for patients who are frail or have complex needs.
