Job summary

Join Modality Partnership’s Bedfordshire practices as a General Practitioner for 6–8 sessions per week, delivering high-quality, patient‑centred care with access to digital tools and strong clinical governance. You will be supported by a large multidisciplinary team and encouraged to engage in professional development within a forward‑thinking partnership.

Qualifications

• Full GMC registration.
• CCST in General Practice (UK) or equivalent.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Providing face-to-face, telephone and digital consultations.
• Managing acute and chronic health conditions.
• Undertaking home visits where required.
• Supporting preventative healthcare and health promotion.
• Completing associated clinical administration.
• Working collaboratively within the practice and wider partnership.
• Empowering patients to manage their own health and wellbeing.
