Job summary

Brookside Group Practice is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive GP to join our multi-disciplinary team for 4-5 sessions per week. You will work within a supportive, values-driven environment with a focus on patient care and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Essential GP qualifications and registration with GMC.
• Strong teamwork and communication within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Ability to manage clinical uncertainty and provide high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services including consultations, telephone advice, and home visits.
• Adhere to NHS/contractual obligations and ensure accurate records and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with GP/AHP team and support teaching and group consultations.
