Job summary

Kingswinford & Wordsley Primary Care Network is seeking a General Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team across member practices. The role offers collaborative working within the PCN and exposure to innovative primary care models.

The post involves undertaking clinical responsibilities across the PCN with emphasis on high-quality patient care, safety, and development of clinical pathways. EMIS Web proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• UK GMC-registered GP with a licence to practise.
• Entry on GMC General Practitioners Register (GP) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Undertake face-to-face or remote consultations with patients.
• Assess, diagnose and manage a range of conditions.
• Prescribe medicines safely and review prescriptions.
• Work across Kingswinford & Wordsley PCN member practices.
• Contribute to clinical governance, audits and service improvement.
