Job summary

Qualifications

• Full GMC registration and licence to practise on the GP Register (CCT/MRCGP or equivalent).
• Inclusion on the NHS England Medical Performers List (or eligible) with no conditions precluding independent practice.
• Current UK professional registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide core general practitioner services to the patient population, including equitable on‑the‑day work.
• Manage a caseload and deliver care in line with disease management protocols.
• Undertake surgery consultations, telephone consultations and home visits; issue prescriptions and manage documents.
