Job summary

Principal Medical Limited is recruiting GPs for the Northamptonshire Rural East & South Neighbourhood, part of the NHS New Models Programme. You’ll deliver autonomous, same-day care across member practices, with flexible base locations including Springfield Surgery, Brackley, Brackley Medical Centre and Bugbrooke Medical Centre.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication across verbal, written, and IT.
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
• Experience in primary care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous, same-day care for undifferentiated presentations.
• Assess, diagnose, treat and evaluate care with appropriate follow-ups.
• Collaborate with GPs, ANPs, ACPs within the neighbourhood practices and hub.
• Lead and mentor junior colleagues and support service changes.
• Contribute to delivery of Quality and Outcomes Framework and NHS contracts.
