Astute's Power Team is partnering with a supplier of backup power equipment to recruit a PA / Service Co-ordinator in Gosport, Hampshire. This full-time, office-based role offers a salary of £25,000-£28,000 per year, a pension and private healthcare, and a Monday-Thursday 09:00-17:00 with Friday 09:00-16:00 schedule.

You will support the Director and General Manager with customer management, administration and tender preparation, organise planned maintenance visits after training, chase orders,

Formación

• Experience in an office environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Director and General Manager with customer management, administration and tender preparation.
• Following training, organise planned maintenance visits, deal with issues arising, prepare quotations for remedial works and replacement equipment, chase customer purchase orders, process orders and raise invoices.
• Ensure engineers' reports are completed, returned, sent to customers and filed in accordance with ISO procedures; order and monitor spare parts, including warranty spares.
• Provide monthly management statistics on maintenance visits, call-outs, new and renewed contract values, lost maintenance business and spares; assist with logistics, general administration and other duties required by senior management.
