Job summary

Astute People is recruiting on behalf of a supplier of backup power equipment for a PA / Service Co-ordinator based in Gosport, Hampshire. The role offers a salary of 25,000-28,000 per year, plus pension and private healthcare.

It is a full-time, office-based position with standard hours: Monday-Thursday 09:00-17:00 and Friday 09:00-16:00. You will support the Director and General Manager with customer management, admin and tender preparation, coordinate maintenance visits and raise invoices

Qualifications

• Experience in an office environment is required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director and GM with customer management and admin.
• Coordinate planned maintenance visits and prepare quotations.
• Process orders, chase purchase orders, and raise invoices.
• Ensure engineers' reports are filed and spare parts tracked.
• Provide monthly maintenance statistics and assist with logistics.
