Job summary

Pets at Home is seeking a Goods in Administrator for the Stafford Fulfilment Centre. You will manage inbound goods, verify supplier documentation, create and maintain records, and coordinate inbound schedules within the Warehouse Management System.

The role requires high organisation, data-driven mindset, and strong Excel/administrative skills to support stock accuracy and timely deliveries. 4 days paid for 5 on rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration within warehouse/logistics or retail distribution.
• Proficient in data handling and MS Excel.
• Experience with inventory records and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Front of house for external deliveries.
• Verify supplier documents against received stock.
• Create/maintain records for goods received.
• Manage inbound schedules and bookings.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Process inbound deliveries in WMS and maintain records.
• Produce inbound/inventory reports and dashboards.
• Communicate delays and supplier issues to stakeholders.
• Support stock investigations and adjustments.
