Job summary

Pets at Home is seeking a Stock Controller for the Stafford Fulfilment Centre. You will oversee warehouse operations from receipt to dispatch, ensuring safe working practices and accurate stock control in a 24/7 environment.

The role requires experience in pick/pack and dispatch within a multi-site operation, with shifts on a 7-week pattern. The Stock Control Team focuses on maintaining stock accuracy, optimising storage, and delivering products to stores on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 24/7 live operational environment.
• Familiar with goods in/out processes and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transport to deliver goods and maintain stock accuracy.
• Control Brexit store orders and documentation.
• Manage inventory levels and stock placement using the JDA system.
• Ensure warehouse processes are followed and stock is delivery-ready.
• Monitor stock KPIs and support new process development.
• Contribute to productivity improvements in pick paths and space usage.
