Job summary

First Call Contract Services Limited in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join our busy Goods In team, supporting deliveries, stock control and supplier coordination.

This role requires accurate data entry on the SharpAx system, proactive chasing of outstanding deliveries and clear communication with suppliers, hauliers and internal departments to keep goods-in operations efficient and well-documented.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse administration, goods-in or stock control.
• Experience with warehouse management systems; SharpAx knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong admin skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Confident liaising with suppliers, hauliers and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and hauliers and update SharpAx.
• Match supplier delivery notes to purchase orders; report discrepancies.
• Input weights and storage locations in SharpAx; manage stock records.
• Provide general admin support to the Goods In team and keep areas organized.
