The Belfry Hotel & Resort is seeking a Retail Supervisor for its Golf Shop to lead a dynamic, high-end retail team and deliver exceptional guest experiences on every check-in. You will drive revenue opportunities while maintaining strict service standards and safety compliance across the retail operation.

In this role you will manage stock movements, support the academy retail initiatives, and ensure smooth pre/post-shift briefings to optimise performance.
