The Belfry Hotel & Resort is seeking a Retail Supervisor for the Golf Shop to oversee the golf retail operation and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will lead the team, manage stock, and ensure compliant service across revenue streams.

Qualifications

• Experienced in golf retail either as part of a Golf Club or standalone sports business.
• Experience in leading a team within a busy retail environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the golf retail operation and deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee inventory reception, handling, replenishment and stock checks.
• Deal with guest and member enquiries and complaints, updating management as required.
• Conduct pre- and post-shift briefings with the team.
• Support head professional with additional retail at the academy.
• Oversee after-sales custom fitting and collaborate with golf academy.
