Job summary

The Belfry Hotel & Resort is seeking a Golf Shop position within its dynamic retail team. You will help golfers with advice, demonstrations and a welcoming shopping experience reflecting the resort's prestige.

Daily duties include desk work, bookings, payments, and upselling to hit department targets. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of golf equipment, strong communication skills, and a positive, team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced golf retail environment with a focus on customer service.
• Extensive knowledge of golf equipment and products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
• Retail or golf shop experience and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate the golf academy desk, handle telephone enquiries and bookings.
• Assist with lessons, fittings and general payments using the booking system.
• Stock management and ensuring the driving range and academy run smoothly.
• Deliver friendly, professional service and promote Belfry facilities.
