Job summary

Wentworth Club Limited is seeking an enthusiastic Hospitality Assistant to welcome members and guests across the club’s turning circle, driving range and other golf areas. You will help keep hire items clean, assist with gear like trolleys and clubs, and coordinate with the Professional shop on item requests and payments.

• Experience in hospitality or member services preferred.
• Sound understanding of health and safety at work.
• Previous experience is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests on arrival at various club locations.
• Valet park cars where appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness of hire items and stored clubs, shoes, and trolleys.
• Communicate arrivals via radio and coordinate with the Professional shop.
• Monitor turning circle and entrances to prevent unauthorised parking.
• Check and maintain locker rooms; supervise the boot room.
• Support golf operations during busy periods.
• Record rental buggies, trolleys, and clubs; report damages.
• Maintain high dress and appearance standards per guidelines.
