Job summary

Get Golfing in Coventry is hiring a Golf Experience Assistant to support the Golf Experience Manager. The role covers reception, starter duties, and on-course marshal tasks, all aimed at delivering a friendly, efficient service to members, guests, and visitors.

You will also manage Golf Manager software, assist with tee sheet operations, retail presentation, equipment upkeep, payments, and event entries, helping to create a welcoming, inclusive clubhouse atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in golf and delivering high-quality customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with members and guests.
• Good organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of golf service across reception, tee sheets, and on-course areas.
• Maintain shop presentation and equipment, including buggies and rental clubs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Process payments and tournament entries using the golf management system; keep records.
