Job summary

Basingstoke Golf Club is seeking a Golf Operations Assistant to join our team. You’ll be out on the course, range, and clubhouse, helping to deliver a welcoming day-to-day experience for members and visitors.

You'll support tee times, competitions, registrations, and golf-day events, with training provided on our golf systems. A driving licence is a bonus and weekend work is expected.

Qualifications

• Industry knowledge of golf and etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and visitors, manage tee times and flow of play.
• Act as course marshal to keep play moving.
• Run and look after the 1907 Academy driving range.
• Help organise and run competitions, matches and society days.
• Support registration, scoring, results and prize presentations.
• Handle bookings and golf administration using golf management software.
