Job summary
JCB Golf & Country Club is seeking a Golf Academy Assistant to welcome Members and Guests, operate the shop till, and maintain stock for a premium retail experience. You will help present two coaching studios and a putting studio, while supporting member and guest activities.
The role requires a passion for golf, a friendly, professional manner, and flexible weekend availability. Previous golf industry experience is desirable but not essential.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer service in a golf/club environment.
- Good IT skills and ability to use a till/POS system.
- Well organised, punctual and presentable with a can-do attitude.
Responsibilities
- Welcome Members and Guests to the Golf Club and assist with requests.
- Operate a Till System to process daily Golf Shop Sales.
- Merchandise and replenish stock for a world-class retail presentation.
- Manage storeroom and perform monthly stock takes.
- Oversee presentation of two Coaching studios and one Putting studio.
- Assist with Member & Guest Golf Activities.
- Manage practice facilities and Buggy Fleet.
