Job summary

Get Golfing, a charity dedicated to making golf venues accessible to all, seeks a Golf Operations Assistant to support the Golf Operations Manager in delivering a smooth, customer-focused experience across the course, clubhouse, and shop.

You will handle tee sheet coordination, equipment maintenance, and payments using our golf management system, while promoting an inclusive environment for members, guests and visitors alike.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Be the face of golf service across the operation, including reception, starter and course marshal roles, delivering exceptional customer service to golfers and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain The Arkley 9 golf retail area, keep equipment in good condition, and ensure liability forms are signed for buggy rentals.
• Provide outstanding customer service to members and guests, foster a welcoming environment, and support a smooth clubhouse and golf experience.
• Process payments and tournament entries using Golf Manager, maintain reservations, equipment rentals, and sales records, and assist with reporting as needed.
