Zusammenfassung

PE Global is recruiting an Engineering Contractor / Maintenance Coordinator for a 12-month contract in Swindon. The role supports the Engineering function, coordinating contractors, maintenance activities and essential site services to ensure GMP-compliant operations.

The successful candidate will plan and manage work with RAMS, Permits to Work, CMMS/ERP systems and site documentation, while ensuring health and safety requirements are met and audits are supported.

Qualifikationen

• Experience coordinating contractors within engineering/facilities/manufacturing environments.
• Ability to review RAMS and issue Permits to Work.
• Experience using CMMS/ERP for maintenance management; knowledge of JDE is advantageous.
• Strong health and safety awareness and GMP understanding.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and oversee engineering contractors, including inductions and safety requirements.
• Review RAMS and issue Permits to Work with proper safety controls.
• Coordinate isolations, notifications and safe reinstatement across the site.
• Manage contractor onboarding, SLAs, PO processes and expenditure.
