Job summary

Smith+Nephew plc is seeking a Global HR Reporting & Analytics Specialist (Workday) to partner with stakeholders across the business and deliver meaningful insights from workforce data. You will design and deliver Workday reporting and analytics solutions that support informed decision-making on a global scale.

The role focuses on four areas: Workday reporting, business partnering, data quality and governance, and ownership of Workday analytics.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Workday reporting, including data sources and calculated fields.
• Strong analytical, data validation and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of HR processes, HR data structures and reporting governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and enhance Workday reports, dashboards, discovery boards and worksheets.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
• Maintain data integrity and governance; continuously improve reporting capabilities.
• Provide Workday reporting ownership and support, including testing for releases and driving user adoption.
