Job summary

Smith & Nephew plc is seeking a Global Workday People Reporting & Analytics Specialist. You will partner with HR and business stakeholders to deliver insightful Workday reporting and analytics solutions that shape HR decision making on a global scale.

You will own the design and delivery of dashboards, discovery boards and worksheets, ensuring data quality and governance while supporting Workday releases and user adoption across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Workday reporting, including data sources, primary business objects, calculated fields, dashboards, discovery boards and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and enhance Workday reports, dashboards and worksheets.
• Translate business questions into scalable analytics solutions across a global organisation.
• Maintain reporting standards, governance and data integrity.
• Lead reporting related testing for Workday releases and promote self-service analytics.
