Job summary

Sportradar is seeking a senior, hands-on People Systems & Insights Lead (Workday) to own reporting and analytics end-to-end. You will design and scale Workday reports, Discovery Boards, and Power BI integrations, connecting HR data with other sources.

Lead data governance, security, and AI-ready foundations while delivering timely insights for leaders across the organization. You will collaborate with HR, Finance and business stakeholders, shaping metrics, enabling self-service reporting, and

Qualifications

• Expertise in Workday reporting including Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports and Calc Fields
• Experience with Workday security: access design and report security
• Experience building Power BI reports and data models with multiple sources
• Strong understanding of Workday data structures and organizational design
• Ability to collaborate with HR, Finance and stakeholders on usability and data quality
• Judgment to push back on requests and deliver pragmatic solutions

Responsibilities

• Own reporting strategy for Workday data and metrics
• Design, build and maintain custom Workday reports, dashboards and calculated fields
• Develop Discovery Boards and People Analytics content; drive adoption
• Enable self-service reporting through user-friendly designs
• Integrate Workday with other systems and Power BI models
• Lay data foundations for AI readiness with clean, governed data
• Ensure data quality and secure data access
• Automate recurring reporting and BAU requests
