Job summary

Réalta is partnering with a global B2B SaaS and data analytics business to appoint a VP of Enterprise Operations & Security. This newly created role combines security leadership with enterprise operations, reporting to the CIO and shaping how a global technology business protects and runs its services.

You will lead teams across the UK, Canada and India, with 1–2 days weekly in Leeds. The emphasis is roughly 60% security and 40% enterprise operations, delivering transformation in a mature

Qualifications

• Senior security leadership experience with a record of transforming security programs.
• Strong understanding of cloud operations, service performance and cost control.
• Experience in regulated environments is valuable and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to influence and lead executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shaping security strategy and guiding responses to emerging threats, including AI-related risks.
• Owning security delivery: vulnerability management, incident response, risk reduction.
• Maintaining service availability and resilience across enterprise apps and cloud infra.
• Managing a substantial cloud/tech budget with product and architecture teams.
• Developing and mentoring the leadership team; expanding managerial capabilities.
• Embedding continuous improvement, automation and better working practices.
• Maintaining strong controls and security audit commitments for customer expectations.
