Job summary

MPLC seeks a strategic Lead Run to own global technology operations and security. You will report to the CIO, manage Run across 40+ countries, and partner closely with the vCISO, SOC, and Plan/Build teams to align security with business goals.

You’ll start hands-on, then build a capable team, implementing automation, AI and resilient services with strong governance. You’ll drive continuous improvement, ensure incident readiness, and shape MPLC’s technology future while maintaining service

Qualifications

• Experience leading live IT service operations across 40+ countries.
• Proven ability to design and implement security solutions at scale.
• Strong collaboration with CIO, vCISO and SOC partners.
• Experience developing Run teams and automation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Run: live service across 40+ countries with service catalogue and defined response times.
• Own security execution with governance, patching, vulnerability management and IAM.
• Plan, Build and Run: shape roadmaps with CIO and ensure alignment with investor expectations.
• Build and coach a Run team, implementing automation, AI, and security by design.
