Job summary

Veeam is seeking a Director of Sales for Northern Europe to lead SecuritiAI’s region, driving revenue growth and building a high-performance team across enterprise security, data privacy, and compliance solutions.

You will engage with C-suite executives, shape go-to-market strategies, and partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to scale ARR. This senior role requires a proven track record in regulated industries and Fortune 500 engagements.

Qualifications

15+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
8+ years in senior sales leadership roles.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in enterprise SaaS sales.
Extensive experience selling complex technical solutions in security, privacy, compliance, or related fields.
Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
Experience selling to Fortune 500 companies in regulated industries.
Track record of building strategic partnerships with major consulting firms and system integrators.
Experience with modern sales methodologies and tools (Salesforce, MEDDIC).

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across Northern Europe.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales organization.
Drive enterprise sales cycles from start to finish, engaging with C-level executives.
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with technology partners and system integrators.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align GTM strategies and inform product direction.
