Job summary

EIS Group seeks a VP of Professional Services to lead a portfolio of client delivery across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. You will oversee cross-functional teams, engage with C-suite stakeholders, and drive programs from inception to successful completion with strict time, cost and quality controls.

You will partner with sales for expansion opportunities, manage complex programs, and promote continuous improvement and AI-driven delivery standards across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in enterprise IT platform and software program management in the insuretech domain.
• Portfolio P&L ownership experience.
• Understand complex business processes and supporting technology.
• Experience leading senior program management, project management, consulting and technical staff.
• Experience leading partners in multicultural, global teams.
• Ability to juggle multiple competing demands for time, activity and resources.
• Practical experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of end-to-end implementation across BA, Architecture, Development, QA.
• Self-starter, self-motivated, self-directed in a semi-structured environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Strong written and spoken English language skills.
• Ability to create and maintain a positive working culture.
