Job summary

Veovo seeks a visionary VP Delivery & Operations to lead global delivery and service operations for airport-focused SaaS platforms. You’ll own the P&L, scale a matrix team across regions, and partner with GMs on bids, deployments and post‑sale support to drive growth.

You’ll sit on the senior leadership team, shaping Veovo’s strategy and operating model, ensuring capacity, governance and tools keep pace with demand while delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership of technology delivery and service management in a mission-critical domain, ideally airports or aviation.
• Experience running SaaS operations at scale.
• Accountability for a multi-million-dollar P&L with strong commercial acumen.
• Track record leading global teams across time zones and cultures.
• Credibility with senior customers across the full lifecycle from win to delivery.
• Strategic thinking with sound judgement and decisive leadership.

• Technical or engineering degree, or equivalent experience.

Our Airport Operations, Revenue Management and Passenger Flow solutions help airports handle more aircraft and more passengers, with fewer delays and shorter queues. Some of the world’s largest airports rely on us, and our modern, cloud-first SaaS platforms help them “go brilliantly”.

As VP of Delivery and Operations, you’ll lead and grow Veovo’s delivery and service operations: everything involved in delivering and running our products for customers, plus the tools, capabilities and governance we need to keep growing. You’ll sit on our senior leadership team and help shape and execute Veovo’s strategy and operating model.

You’ll hold the delivery and service P&L. You’ll make sure we have the capacity to meet demand and keep our methods and tooling ahead of the curve. You’ll lead a global matrix team that includes Regional Heads of Delivery, Service and Cloud Operations, technical consultants and our Delivery Factory. You’ll work closely with our Regional GMs, backing bids and leading senior customer engagements, and you’ll support M&A integration as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Own global delivery and service operations, making sure we deliver successfully, profitably and to the standard our customers expect
• Hold the delivery and service P&L, including forecasting revenue and costs and managing spend across people, cloud and third parties
• Lead a global matrix team that includes Regional Heads of Delivery, Service and Cloud Operations, technical consultants and our Delivery Factory
• Make sure we have the capacity, tools, methods and governance to meet demand and keep growing
• Partner with our Regional GMs to win business, backing bids and tenders with expert people and advice
• Lead senior customer engagements and escalations, building long-term, transparent, outcome-focused partnerships
• Recruit, develop and motivate great people, and set clear standards for performance
• Support M&A execution and integration, and help shape Veovo’s strategy and operating model

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Senior leadership of technology delivery and service management in a mission-critical domain, ideally airports or aviation
• Experience running SaaS operations at scale
• Accountability for a multi-million-dollar P&L, with strong commercial and financial acumen
• A track record of leading global teams of 50+ across time zones and cultures, both office-based and remote
• Credibility with senior customers at C-level and director level, across the full lifecycle from winning work to delivering and supporting it
• Strategic thinking, with sound judgement and the confidence to make decisions
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle difficult conversations calmly and directly
• A technical or engineering degree, or equivalent experience
