Adyen is seeking a Senior Payments Partnerships Manager to lead Visa partnerships globally from London or Amsterdam. You will shape strategy, manage multi-year initiatives, and align cross-functional teams across product, commercial and finance.

You will translate market trends into commercial models, drive growth for the Visa portfolio, and mentor other Partnership Managers.

This is an office-first role requiring strong leadership and exceptional negotiation skills.

Formación

8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development in payments.
Strong domain expertise across card acquiring and issuing.
Proven success negotiating multi-year bespoke agreements with global networks/fintech.
Ability to translate ecosystem trends into commercial models and insights.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; able to influence leadership.
Autonomy in a fast-paced environment; lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Full professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades
