Job summary

Vinted, a leading European marketplace for second-hand fashion, is seeking a Senior Manager Payments Partnerships to own the external partner stack across banks, processors, payout providers and verification partners. You will optimize the payments operating model for performance and cost efficiencies while shaping strategic collaborations.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Business, Product, Engineering, Legal and Finance in a hybrid London-based role, building business cases for fintech

Qualifications

• Experience in payments partnership management and business development.
• Understanding of interchange pricing and acquiring rails.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner stack across banks, processors, payout providers, and verification partners.
• Architect a multi-provider operating model with rate benchmarking and RFI processes.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and enforce SLAs and performance targets.
• Evaluate new payment rails to expand conversion and localize checkout.
• Drive cost savings on scheme fees, interchange, and payout costs.
