Job summary

Ralph Lauren seeks a senior Digital Designer to work with our global design team and regional marketing squads to deliver high‑quality localized digital experiences that blend brand storytelling with commerce for the Ralph Lauren family (Collection, Purple Label, RRL, Polo, Home).

You will lead design and prototyping, partner with UX/UI and Front‑End developers, and mentor junior designers to ensure creative output meets briefs and brand aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 5+ years of digital design experience.
• Advanced design and prototyping skills in Figma.
• Develop wireframes, user flows and interactive prototypes.
• AI literacy and understanding of how LLMs and ML models function.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of CSS, HTML and responsive design.
• Strong understanding of web standards and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.
• Experience in video editing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a best-in-class digital flagship experience across Europe.
• Collaborate with Design & Marketing to adapt campaigns regionally.
• Lead and mentor the team; ensure brand aesthetics and briefs are met.
• Partner with UX/UI Designers and Front‑End Developers on new site features.
• Use design, UX and prototyping to communicate brand experiences clearly.
• Excel in image curation, visual storytelling, typography, layout and color.
• Attend meetings and manage next steps for projects.
• Present creative to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee junior designers to ensure output is on brief and detail‑oriented.
