Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation in London seeks a senior Digital Designer to create best-in-class consumer experiences for the European Digital Flagship, blending brand storytelling with commerce.

You'll collaborate with global design and regional marketing teams to adapt seasonal campaigns, lead creative development, mentor junior designers, and work with UX/UI and front-end teams on new features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of digital design experience.
• Advanced design and prototyping skills in Figma.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• AI literacy and understanding of LLMs and ML models.
• Familiarity with AI workflows, prompt engineering, and generative AI.
• Knowledge of CSS, HTML and responsive design.
• Strong web standards and cross-browser compatibility.
• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.
• Video editing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create best-in-class consumer experiences for the Digital Flagship in Europe.
• Collaborate with Design & Marketing to adapt campaigns regionally.
• Lead and mentor junior team members while ensuring brand aesthetics.
• Partner with UX/UI designers and front-end developers on site features.
• Use design, UX and prototyping to communicate new brand experiences.
• Curate images and craft visual storytelling with typography and color.
• Attend meetings and manage project next steps.
• Present creative work to stakeholders.
