Job summary

Ralph Lauren Architecture and Design Studio seeks an experienced Interior Designer to lead premium retail spaces from concept to installation. You will craft inspiring environments, curate decorative elements, and manage project lifecycles for flagship and store redesign initiatives.

Responsibilities include developing design concepts, sourcing materials, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining brand standards across global retail environments.

Qualifications

• Interior design background with luxury retail or high-end residential experience.
• Minimum 3 full cycles experience in interior design or store development in luxury contexts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present innovative design concepts through inspiration boards.
• Research, source, and select decorative elements that align with brand aesthetic.
• Manage decorative items lifecycle from procurement through installation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with architecture, store design, merchandising and visual teams.
• Maintain archives of decorative materials and project specs.
• Lead new store decorative installations and renovation projects.
• Develop and oversee project budgets.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective solutions.
