Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking a Localization Intern to support the team in delivering high-quality translations for ecommerce content. This 12-month internship offers exposure to product descriptions, marketing copy, CRM, and UX/UI localization.

You will assist with coordinating translation projects, liaising with linguists, and helping implement efficient processes across stakeholders to ensure timely site updates and brand-consistent language.

Qualifications

• Fluent English. Knowledge of another language highly desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication across internal and external teams.
• Detail-oriented with initiative and proactive issue resolution.
• Solution-focused mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritise multiple concurrent projects.
• Understanding of how language shapes brand perception.
• Familiarity with translation tech and workflows is a plus.
• Interest in emerging AI localization technologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate translation projects to deliver premium service to internal customers.
• Assist linguists with queries, information, and technical support.
• Help develop clear processes (templates, SLAs) for translation workflows.
• Build relationships with external linguist partners and vendor managers.
• Liaise with Digital Site Ops, Content, CRM, and Marketing teams to source reference materials.
• Support translation of new product descriptions to go live on site within deadlines.
• Assist QA processes for content pages and UI enhancements.
• Prioritise tasks to align with business objectives.
