Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking a Localization Intern to support the Translation & Localization team in delivering high-quality multilingual content for ecommerce. You will assist with product descriptions, marketing copy, CRM, UX/UI localization, and brand voice alignment across markets.

You will learn how translation at scale works in digital commerce and gain exposure to processes, templates, SLAs, and collaboration with external linguist partners and vendor managers.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required; knowledge of another language is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to support internal and external teams.
• Detail-oriented with initiative to follow up and propose solutions.
• Ability to prioritise multiple translation projects and manage deadlines.
• Familiarity with Localization processes and brand terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate translation projects and ensure premium service to internal customers.
• Support linguists with queries and provide technical assistance.
• Develop and maintain processes (templates, SLAs) for translation services.
• Collaborate with vendors and language teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Support linguistic QA for content pages and UI enhancements.
