Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation seeks a Senior Digital Designer to craft localized digital experiences blending brand storytelling with ecommerce across European markets. You will work with the global design team and regional marketing to adapt seasonal campaigns with local nuances.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or similar preferred.
5+ years of digital design experience.
Advanced design and prototyping skills in Figma.
Ability to develop wireframes, user flows and interactive prototypes.
AI literacy and understanding of LLMs and machine learning workflows.
Knowledge of CSS and HTML for responsive design.
Strong web standards and cross-browser compatibility.

Responsibilities

Create best-in-class consumer experiences for the Digital Flagship across European markets.
Collaborate with internal Design & Marketing to adapt campaigns to local nuances.
Lead, develop and execute creative solutions while maintaining brand aesthetics.
Partner with UX/UI Designers and Front-End Developers on site features and enhancements.
Use design, UX and prototyping to communicate new brand experiences.
Mentor junior team members and ensure outputs meet briefs and quality standards.
