Job summary

Smiths Detection Group is seeking a proactive Global Travel & Expense Administrator to join our Finance team during a transformation. You will support employees across multiple countries, guiding travel bookings, expense workflows and policy compliance.

As the first line of contact for travel and expense queries, you will train users, resolve issues, and help implement new systems, reports and controls. This role offers exposure across international operations and opportunities to develop

Qualifications

• Experience with travel or expense management systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with Teams, email and phone support.
• Good Excel skills and a data-analytical mindset.
• Experience working with stakeholders across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee travel and expense queries.
• Provide first-line support for travel booking and expense systems.
• Deliver user training via Teams and 1:1 sessions.
• Support expense submissions and policy compliance.
• Produce reports and analyze travel and expense data.
• Assist during disruptions and support risk management processes.
