Job summary

K2 Group seeks an experienced Training Specialist to deliver and coordinate global operational training across offices and partners. The role emphasizes high-quality client onboarding training and alignment with our customer-experience goals.

The successful candidate will maintain training platforms, develop content, and work with the Training Team and the Global Head of Customer Experience to ensure consistent, measurable results across regions.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of K2 products, services, methodology and technology.
• Experience administering or navigating training platforms.
• Proven ability to lead classroom, workshop or virtual webinar sessions.
• Can see the bigger picture, and plan to deliver outstanding service to the teams.
• Is approachable and knowledgeable and is willing to pass on their skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training across global offices and regions, ensuring consistency.
• Maintain LMS and training content, excluding compliance content.
• Identify training gaps and implement global training strategies.
• Design and update training content, user guides and digital modules.
• Create client onboarding training for internal and external audiences.
• Deliver training to regional trainers and teams.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Promote a continuous learning culture within the company.
• Assist management with new hire training and deskside coaching.
• Support group to drive process improvements and efficiency.
