Job summary

RS Group is undergoing a transformative Process & Operational Excellence programme. We are seeking a Process Training Lead to design, deliver and continuously improve learning for a global process, ensuring adoption and sustained value during the go-live and beyond.

You will partner with Process Owners, Change teams, SMEs and Learning teams to embed effective learning solutions that support transformation objectives and long-term capability development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development or related field.
• Qualified in Learning & Development, Training, Change Management or Instructional Design (e.g. CIPD Level 5/7, ATD, CPTD).
• Experience leading learning delivery within large-scale transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the learning strategy for a global process/workstream and ensure readiness before, during, and after go-live.
• Identify learning needs through impact assessments and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop role-based learning programmes and learning journeys.
• Oversee creation of high-quality learning content (ILT, virtual, e-learning, simulations, job aids).
• Manage LMS activities, training records, and reporting.
• Coordinate global training delivery and enable SMEs through UAT and Train-the-Trainer programs.
