Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Global Onboarding Team Lead to drive strategic onboarding and compliance across regions. You will liaise with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Global Mobility to streamline workflows and ensure a world-class candidate experience.

You will establish onboarding standards, monitor performance, and lead ATS optimization initiatives while supporting recruiters with governance and reporting. This role requires global coordination excellence.

Qualifications

Experience in onboarding, recruiting operations, HR operations, or related functions.
Experience leading projects across regions and coordinating stakeholders.
Experience managing background screening, employment verification, drug testing, and onboarding programs.
Experience with ATS and HR technology platforms.
Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and change management skills.
Experience supporting regional or global onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

Lead global onboarding activities and standardize procedures.
Coordinate cross-regional onboarding, vetting, and compliance.
Partner with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and vendors on onboarding enhancements.
Monitor onboarding metrics, drive continuous improvement, and ensure timeliness.
Provide ATS administration and operational reporting to leadership.
Mentor Regional Onboarding Coordinators and lead projects.
