Job summary

Sunswap is seeking a Training & Installs Lead to own the strategy, structure and quality of our technical training and installation programmes for service partners and distributors.

You will design curricula, build certification frameworks, manage the training programme backbone, and lead the installation team to ensure standards are consistently delivered across the Sunswap network. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a training function or installation team in a technical environment.
• Ability to design certification programmes, competency frameworks and training docs.
• Strong organisational skills with capacity to manage schedules and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead Trainers and installation team, set priorities and review performance.
• Own creation and version control of training materials and aids.
• Design and maintain remote asset diagnostics training for distributors and partners.
